Free App: Intel® Pair & Share Makes Digital Photography Easier
You know all of those pictures of my doggies I post? Well, my second love (tied with quilting, of course) is photography. (My first love is Fruit Ninja. And my husband.) I try to have my DLSR with me at all times, but sometimes a quick snap with my phone is the best I can do — those dogs move fast, I tell you. And I take a lot of pictures of them. Looking at all of those blurry bodies on my phone doesn’t help me decide which of the blurry body pictures are the best, but looking at them on my laptop involves a lot of steps, like emailing them to myself, downloading them to my computer, organizing them, etc. All just so I can discard a bunch.
Just the thought of doing that process again makes me want to close my computer and miter a few squares.
But! Intel® is making this process seriously easier with their new free app, Intel® Pair & Share. With Intel Pair & Share, I simply get home (or wherever my computer is), jump on the same wireless network and use technological magic to have a look at the pictures on the big screen, cutting out about 75 steps. Okay, it’s not 75 steps but that’s how it feels. And because it feels better, I’m taking more pictures, even if most of them are blurry.
Try Intel Pair & Share and then come back here and tell me how many steps it feels like you saved. 100? 300?
