Application does not take into account that in reality there are THRESHOLDS of utilities use. (Say if you use more than than 1KWh price of energy is difffernet than is you use 1000KWh(1GWh)). As a result all calculations are inaccurate and misleading. Use a calculator and hard data from your home, this application is a calculator for someone who cannot use a calculator or read wattage off an electric water heater.

if electricity price was LINEAR then it would make sense, otherwise it is a misleading toy unless in your place electricity price is linear as someone mentioned above.
