Video Conferencing: Dinsys videoconferencing uses telecommunications of audio and video to bring people at different sites together for a meeting. This can be as simple as a conversation between two people in private offices (point-to-point) or involve several sites (multi-point) with more than one person in large rooms at different sites. Besides the audio and visual transmission of meeting activities, videoconferencing can be used to share documents, computer- displayed information. With a simple desktop video camera, video conferencing is enabled.

Desktop Sharing: Presenters can share anything on their pc system through desktop sharing.

Remote Control: Permits user to remotely control another participant pc, for example, customer support personnel or demo leader to take temporary control of a users desktop in order to provide live assistance or walk through a process on that particular system.

Document Sharing: Deliver presentations, share documents, browser and work together interactively, much like you do in person. Captivate audiences with rich, interactive multimedia functionality in any format, including presentation animations and transitions.

Text Chat: Send text messages to individuals or all participants in the meeting.
