Crayola® Art Start is an excellent art software program for young children. They will easily learn basic digital drawing and painting technique and basic computer skills, including importing, editing, and editing digital images. The program has a simple and intuitive interface yet it includes powerful draw and paint tools based on the award-winning Crayola Art Studio program. There are four digital art tools that simulate the appearance and application of the real Crayola crayons, markers, and paints. Colors can be pre-selected from art tool menus or from color grids but may also be made dynamically by digital mixing on color palettes. The program is touch and pressure-sensitive and enabled for touch screens. Also included are hundreds of art and other fun images that can be used as stamps or transformed into amazing artwork. The program is supported by an animated Program Tour, a User Manual and an Activity Guide. Ages 4 to 7.

awesome creativity for kids!

my kid LOVES this app! my wife and i look forward to sitting down w/ him to draw. he's a little younger than the suggested age but he's really into it! definitely worth the price.
