Core Mind Master
Core Mind Master is a mind challenging board game that allows players to match wits with friends, foes, family members, or the computer! Players take turns strategically removing coins from the game board trying to leave their opponent stranded with one coin remaining. Players keep the value of their treasure for each round they win until one player reaches 500.
This brain-teasing game is fun for people of all ages. Easy to learn, but difficult to master, Core Mind Master challenges critical thinking skills. Choose different board styles and player profiles and challenge the computer at basic and advanced levels of difficulty. Ages 6 and up.

I like that it is easy to learn and you can adjust the game board and some playing options. The expert level against the computer is really hard but with some more practice, I think I can win a few games.
