I found the input cumbersome and the calculation for calories burned was a joke - not specific at all regarding specific daily activities. I'm going back to tracking it myself on a spreadsheet.
You can track calories consumed and burned using this app. It will be calculated based on what you eat during day and what kind of physical exercise you do during the day. A very exhaustive list of food items is selected to choose from, next screen will allow you to select your lifestyle, age, weight etc to calculate burned calories and finally in the last screen you will be able to see net calories.
