Description: 3DEshop is an application that allows the users to check the different products of the Dixons' online store and those of their associates: PCworld and Currys. The application has the objective of presenting these products to the users in a totally different way, allowing them to browse and place them in the different rooms of a typical house. In each room there are pre-defined places for the products and every one of these places has a selection of adequate products for that location in wich the user can make his/her selection of which kind of the product he/she wants to see in that place. This is all presented in a 3Denvironment and giving the users the option to check the actual room from multiple views. Functionality Once the user starts the application he/she will be presented with the living room environment, with one of the places selected. To select a place in the room for checking its products the user should click on the desired location which is shown as a Dixons' icon. Once the location has been selected, the user can click on the dropdown list right under the "View Articles" button and select the desired product category to start checking a particular set of products on that category that the online store sells. The Dixons' icon will be replaced by an actual product image with transparency. Near the top left a white background image of the product will be shown and a description of the product on the bottom right side of the screen. If the user wants to see a bigger image of the product along with a full description, he/she can do it by clicking on the "Show Full Description" button right above the small description. The camera view of the 3D environment can be changed by either using the camera icon/button on the top left corner of the screen or with the keyboard right and left keys. To purchase an item the user can use the cart icon button right under the camera one, which will open a web browser window with the selected product page, so the user can start adding them to the shopping cart. When the user wants to see the other products in the selected category, he/she can do it by using the up and down buttons on the right side of the screen, and it can also be done with the up and down keys of the keyboard. Changing the actual room is done by clicking on either one of the icons/buttons on the sides of the screen. These buttons are represented by a right and a left arrow, according to the side of the screen in which they are shown. The application can be closed by either clicking on the "X" icon/button on the top right side of the screen or using the "Q" key in the keyboard. Once the user clicks the button or presses the "Q" key, he/she will be prompted to confirm that he/she wants to quit the application.
