ResToXrd

ResToXrd converts PilRC format resources to the format used in Palm OS Development Suite (PODS). Most resource types are handled as well as most AT algebra (relative positioning). Bitmap families are the only major resource type not handled. This tool should make the transition from the gnu-tools tool chain to PODS quite simple.

Pawn

It also protects contents of .bat, .vbs and .js files from being changed by other users accidentally or intentionally. In addition, ExeScript hides contents of these files, so they cannot be viewed.

Excelsior JET for Windows

Excelsior JET is a Java VM enhanced with Ahead-Of-Time (AOT) compilation. It transforms your classes and jars into high-performance Windows executables. VM components responsible for Java memory management, threading, synchronization, security, etc., are redistributed as a DLL. Among those runtime components is a JIT compiler that takes care of classes that could not be precompiled. Version for Linux on the Intel x86 platform is also available.

Encoder Wizard ActiveX
